Who writes it

Benny Kong founded the firm in 1996 and has practised intellectual property law in Hong Kong since then. Anthony Tsoi is a partner with more than 20 years of IP experience, with a particular focus on criminal defence. The newsletter draws on matters handled by the firm’s trademark, patent, design and litigation teams.

Recent topics

Recent issues have covered trademark litigation strategy, revocation and re-registration, online infringement, and Hong Kong Customs rapid-action cases. The aim is to give readers a usable point of reference, not a general marketing update.
